Our Penthouse Apartment is 100sqm in size, has 2 double bedrooms – 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed, each with their own private bathroom; a fully fitted kitchen and lounge area which opens onto a large deck area. The apartment sports spectacular 360° views of Table Mountain, the Atlantic Ocean and Durbanville Hills. Please note: there are 3 flights of stairs to this apartment, so not suitable for older people, unless they are fit. The swimming pool is situated on the 1st floor and the parking is on ground level.Our Studio Apartment is 33 sqm in size, has stunning views, 1 queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, a kitchen and sitting area. The studio opens onto a deck with amazing views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean, and a splash pool facing these lovely views!
Our 1-Bedroom Apartment is 66 sqm in size, has a very spacious bedroom with 1 extra-length queen-size bed with the largest bathroom in the house that has a double walk-in shower and a private toilet. This apartment has its own private deck area with a garden accessible through sliding doors just off the bedroom, and it has sliding doors which open onto the entertainment area and swimming pool which is accessible through large sliding doors just off its private lounge. It also has a full kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area.
Our En-suite guest bedrooms have either a queen-size bed or a king-size bed, and are situated on the 1st floor. All have private bathrooms and enjoy a very large, open-plan living area consisting of 2 lounge areas, a dining area, a guest loo, and a really large, fully equipped kitchen with scullery. These rooms all open onto the communal outdoor entertainment area, garden, swimming pool, and firepit.
The swimming pool on the 1st floor, garden and fire pit are shared, as are the lounges with TV area and dining areas. We offer breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, milk & sugar for those guests staying in our en-suite bedrooms at the pool deck on the 1st floor.
For those guests staying in the apartments, they have their own TVs all connected to Wi-Fi and Netflix. There are breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and drinking water supplied in each apartment. The apartments all have their own BBQ/braai facilities.
For the rest, we run our home on a self-catering or accommodation-only basis, as there are loads of restaurants and shops close by.

Stay at our fantastic apartments - part of a larger home which also offers other guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and so much more!
There are no water issues here – we have a Borehole with filtration and reverse osmosis systems which supplies all our needs! There's power back-up for load-shedding so all lights, Wi-Fi and TVs work when the power’s off; we have gas cookers in the large, shared kitchen on the 1st floor, if cooking is really necessary and we're a few minutes from the beach. The property is 100% ideal for nomad or remote workers too!
