KolKol is a type of fynbos, which is naturally occurring vegetation, and is abundant on this farm. This fine-leafed re-seeding shrub reaches a height of 2 metres and has short-stalked, soft-textured threadlike leaves on soft, drooping branches. The round, cream-colored flowers are grouped into heads 5 mm across with characteristic red tissue at the base of the stalks. See if you can spot the KolKol on our farm.
