The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and all utensils needed. There is a scullery and laundry area equipped with a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The living area contains a plasma TV with full DStv and Wi-Fi, as well as ample board games ensuring family entertainment.
The house has a double garage with security sensors for 2 vehicles. There is additional off-street parking for 2 vehicles. The beach house is fitted with an alarm system backed by a 24-hour armed response.
The beach house is close to the entrance gate of Die Plaat, part of the Walker Bay Nature Reserve. Die Plaat is a long beach of pristine white sand and rocky limestone outcrops to the east. There are numerous walking trails to the seashores about 200 m from the house. Klipgat cave which is one of the most important cultural assets in the Western Cape is walking distance from the house.

SEAesta is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated in the famous area of Gansbaai, De Kelders in the Cape Overberg, which is one of the best whale watching areas in South Africa.
The house can accommodate 6 people and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a braai area which is adjacent to a spacious patio with a sea view and outdoor braai.
The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a private reading corner. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath, a shower and a toilet. All of the bedrooms have block-out curtains.
