The built in cupboards hide steps leading you to the en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.Open slatted stairs take you to the bright second air-conditioned lounge area. Again full width and height wooden Venetian sliding doors divide this area from the large second bedroom.
At the opposite end of this floor the lounge opens onto a small balcony with built in Braai/BBQ and large plunge pool where you can sit and enjoy the city views. At the front of the property, and across the public pavement, there is a small garden and picnic bench.
