MyCiti bus is within walking distance (150m) from the house which will take you into Camps Bay or Cape Town city centre.

The entire Home is 260 sqm excluding the upstairs separate apartment.
The House is child friendly and it is a perfect holiday home for families and couples.
The owner lives close by and are available to assist when needed.
The neighbourhood is very safe, the house is secure and monitored by ADT security.

This lovely holiday home is set high up in Scott Estate
with wonderful views of the ocean, horbour, Chapman’s Peak and Hout Bay Mountain Range. The house features a sparkling swimming pool, A Pizza Oven, Braai Place, 4x tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms with private entrance to the garden, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer and a Gas Stove.
