The home has a modern, spacious beach house feel with screed flooring and white, open truss ceilings. On the upper level, the home comprises 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms all lead off a central area that is closed off from the open plan living area by 2 double doors. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the other 2 bedrooms each has a double bed.
The double-volume, open-plan layout comprises a lounge area with a large corner couch, a dining area with a 10-seater dining room table and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a double door fridge-freezer combination, a microwave, a gas stove with electric oven, and ample built-in cupboards for storing crockery and cutlery provided. From the loft library, guests can enjoy great sea views. The house also has air-conditioning and security shutters throughout.
Facilities include a heated swimming pool, heated to 27 degrees on request (May to September for stays longer than 2 nights), a Weber braai, daily cleaning of rooms available on request and washing and ironing available on request at an additional cost. The house also offers guests secure, undercover parking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
The home is situated a short distance away from Amanzimtoti's main swimming beach, the Virgin Active gym, a variety of takeaway outlets and a Woolworth's food store. It is located 5 km from Galleria shopping mall and 30 km South of Durban. There is a variety of activities and sights close by.
